These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pairamount, a software application operated by Centerline Software, a sole proprietorship (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Pairamount is available on the web and through mobile applications distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By accessing or using Pairamount, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pairamount provides tools for analyzing air crew pairing files, including but not limited to filtering, sorting, bid analytics, and schedule analytics.
The Service may be used by various stakeholders, including cockpit crew, cabin crew, and union members. All results are informational only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for operational, contractual, or bidding decisions.

Pairamount offers multiple user tiers, including free access and paid subscriptions.

All software, design, logos, and functionality of Pairamount are the property of Centerline Software and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal professional use only. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated.
You retain ownership of any pairing files or data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not guarantee long-term storage of uploaded data and may delete data in accordance with operational needs. Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The mobile versions of Pairamount are distributed via Apple and Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party service providers.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or security/operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centerline Software disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of results, and availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
