This Refund / Cancellation Policy describes the terms for cancelling your subscription and the conditions under which refunds are provided for Pairamount, operated by Centerline Software.
Pairamount offers monthly, biannual, and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Centerline Software to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method via a secure third-party payment processor on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel according to the following schedule:
Upon standard subscription cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features of the Service until the end of your current paid billing period, provided your account remains active.
All payments are final. Centerline Software does not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law (such as specific consumer protection laws in certain jurisdictions).
Cancellations must be managed through the Pairamount Web Application.
Please note that deleting the mobile application from your device does not cancel your subscription.
To remove your account permanently and cancel all currently held subscriptions, navigate to the Sign-Off and Account Deletion card of the Account dialog and refer to Section 5 of this policy.
Initiating a permanent account deletion (also referred to as "Sign-Off and Account Deletion") immediately restricts your access to the Service and places your account into a 30-day inactive grace period.
