• Authentication credentials (including MFA status)
• Subscription tier and payment status

b. Uploaded Data

• Air crew pairing files and related data you upload for analysis

• Feature usage and session activity
• Error logs and performance data

d. Device and Technical Information

• Device type, operating system, and App version
• IP address

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Authenticate users and enforce MFA
• Process subscriptions and verify payment status via our Web Application
• Analyze and improve system performance
• Provide customer support
• Detect abuse or security issues

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed via the Pairamount Web Application using a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store or collect your full credit card numbers or sensitive billing credentials on our servers. The use of your payment data is governed by the privacy policy of the respective payment processor.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process information based on:

• Your consent
• Performance of a contract (providing the Service)
• Legitimate interests (security, analytics, service improvement)

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Uploaded pairing files may be stored temporarily for processing.
• We do not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded data.
• Account and subscription data may be retained as required for legal and operational purposes.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, MFA authentication, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Users

Your data may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your own, including Canada and the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
